Your subscription — changing the plan, pausing a child's stories, or cancelling.
A story that did not arrive, arrived at the wrong time, or got something about your child wrong.
Your family's data — exporting everything we hold, or deleting it. Both are yours to ask for at any time.
The printed keepsake books, which are on a waitlist and not yet orderable.

What to include

The email address you signed up with, and your child's name as it appears on the account. For a question about a particular story, the night it was sent. That is usually enough to find it straight away; we will never ask you to repeat anything a story already knows about your child.
