What is Dandle?
A new, personalized bedtime story every night, starring your child and the real family & friends they love — an original choose-your-adventure delivered by email.
What ages is Dandle for?
Children aged roughly 2 to 8. You tell us your child's age, and the writing grows with them: simple, repetitive sentences for the youngest, richer plots with a touch of mystery for older children.
How does the free trial work?
Your first 7 days are free. After that it's a monthly or annual subscription, and you can cancel anytime.
How do I start?
Subscribe, add your child, and pick a world for them (or let us surprise you). The first story arrives that night.
How the stories work
When do stories arrive?
A fresh chapter lands by email each night, ready for bedtime.
Who reads the story?
You do, together. Each chapter opens from the email on your phone or tablet and is written to be read aloud in about five minutes. You can choose 3, 5 or 10 minutes per child.
Are the stories suitable for young children?
Yes. Every story is gentle and age-appropriate: no violence, scary imagery, danger, or adult themes. Each chapter comes to you, not your child, so you can always read it first.
Who writes the stories?
Each chapter is written with the help of AI, working from what you tell us about your child and within strict rules: gentle, age-appropriate, nothing scary. Your child never chats with it. The finished chapter comes to you by email, so you can always read it first. It's how every child gets an original chapter each night, one that remembers what happened before.
How are the stories personalized?
Each story is built around your child's name and the real people they love — a story shaped around them, never a fill-in-the-blank template.
Can my child shape the story?
Yes. At the end of each chapter your child taps a choice, and it steers what happens in tomorrow night's story.
Can I set up more than one child?
Yes — each child gets their own world and their own nightly story.
What languages are available?
British English, American English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, and Portuguese. Language is set per child. Want a language we don't offer yet? Contact us and let us know — we're always adding more.

How much does it cost, and how do I cancel?
After the free trial it's a monthly or annual subscription — see pricing for current prices. You can cancel anytime from your account — no phone calls, no hassle.
Is my child's information safe?
We collect only what's needed to create your child's stories, and we use it for nothing else. Our AI providers are configured so your content is not used to train models, and you can export or permanently delete your data anytime from your account page. See our Privacy Policy for details.
